New eArocs 400 proves its capabilities in winter testing at minus 20 degrees

The new battery electric Mercedes-Benz eArocs 400 designed for urban construction transport has successfully completed intensive winter testing under extreme conditions. At temperatures reaching –20 °C, the locally CO₂e free and low noise electric truck underwent targeted trials on snow and ice near the Arctic Circle earlier this year to ensure reliable operation even in severe winter environments.

Daimler Truck has introduced the LibreChat artificial intelligence platform: The open-source solution is available to all employees worldwide. Daimler Truck is thus taking an independent, forward-looking path in the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI).

Battery-electric transport in Chile: First Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 delivered to customer

Mercedes-Benz Trucks has delivered the first battery-electric long-haul trucks in Chile. The first Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 went to Empresas Cavalieri. The transport company will operate the truck along the Santiago–Viña del Mar route in the Valparaíso region for beverage transportation.

Daimler Buses to Install Its Own Public Charging Stations at Munich Central Bus Station

Daimler Buses continues to expand its own charging network for electric buses: By the end of 2026, four public charging stations are scheduled to be installed at the Central Bus Station (ZOB) in Munich. To this end, the company has signed an agreement with Wealthcap, the real asset and investment manager representing the owner of the Munich ZOB.
