Leinfelden-Echterdingen – Daimler Truck achieved a resilient Group result in 2025 in a challenging business environment with declining key markets, supported - despite weak demand - by strong performance in North America, increased sales in Europe, and double-digit profitability at Daimler Buses. Based on a joint agreement with the General Works Council, eligible Daimler Truck employees will participate in the company’s financial-year results through a profit-sharing payment of 2,701 euros. Approximately 25,000 tariff employees in Germany are eligible for this bonus, which will be paid with their April 2026 salary.

The calculation of the profit-sharing payment for the completed financial year will follow the current calculation methodology for the last time. Starting with the financial year 2026, a new agreement between company management and the Group Works Council will apply and link profit-sharing to the economic performance of Mercedes-Benz Trucks in Europe. The calculation is based on the adjusted return on sales (Return on Sales adjusted). Daimler Truck has had a profit-sharing scheme for collectively bargained employees since 1997.
