  • Electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d)

    Make sure we can produce cars in series. Control the technical processes involved in series production and optimize, operate and maintain the industrial robots and production equipment.

    On this traineeship (max. three and a half years) you learn the principles of automation engineering, control engineering and instrumentation engineering, and how to apply them. You assemble and dismantle modules, build and set up automated manufacturing systems. In addition to this, you install and configure operating systems and application programs. As part of your traineeship you not only measure, evaluate and calculate electrical and physical quantities, but also take account of production links and interfaces and how they interact with automation systems. Lastly, you maintain electrical, electro pneumatic and electrohydraulic components and drives and locate defects in automated systems.

  • Vehicle varnisher (m/f/d)

    Bring color to our vehicles. Apply paintwork, effect paintwork and lettering. Inspect and assess vehicle surfaces and become an expert in the current environmental and health and safety regulations.

    On this traineeship (max. three years) you learn how to inspect, assess and prepare vehicle surfaces such as metals and plastics, how to apply different types of paint, and how to work with materials, auxiliary materials and coatings, as well as how to maintain and repair surfaces.     On this traineeship (max. three years) you learn the art of metalworking and techniques for jointing and forming metals as well as how to build components according to assembly designs and production plans, design drawings and procedural instructions, and how to operate the machinery, equipment and IT systems of the production process. Assembly of electric, electronic and mechanical components forms part of your training, as does the application of quality, work and test instructions.     On this traineeship (max. three and a half years) you learn to apply the principles of metalworking, to create mechanical connections, to control and install computer-operated processing machines and to assemble mechanical, electromechanical and electrical components to form modules. In addition, you learn about functional and process operations of automated production equipment, the functions of pneumatic and hydraulic controls as well as the scheduling, execution and documentation of the company's factory orders.

    On this traineeship (max. three and a half years) you learn how to use metalworking tools and machines, to analyze and correct damage to vehicles and bodywork, as well as how to disassemble, assemble and service components, modules and systems. You also gain knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics. The production, inspection and protection of body surfaces forms part of your training, as do the maintenance, inspection and adjustment of vehicles and works equipment. During this time you also learn to control and assess output, to plan and monitor business processes and to perform quality assurance measures.

  • Motor vehicle mechatronics high-voltage-technology (m/f/d)

    You are enthusiastic about the mobility of the future and want to play an active role here? In our workshop you work with different future technologies from the fields of digitalization and virtual reality. As a motor vehicle mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on system and high-voltage technology, you are at home in the world of alternative drive technologies.

    During your apprenticeship, which lasts a maximum of three and a half years, you are trained in the key areas of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, or systems and high-voltage technology, depending on your location. You are responsible for the assembly, disassembly, servicing and maintenance of the vehicles in question and the installed assemblies and systems, based on your main area of specialism. Mechatronic systems such as braking or steering systems, automatic transmissions, chassis systems, and engine management are characterized by the complex interaction of electronics and mechanics they involve. You should therefore be confident with automotive mechanics and automotive electronics (mechatronics).

    Learn to service and repair motor vehicles and their systems. Use technical manuals and computer-assisted diagnostic equipment to check and analyze the performance of electric/electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Learn to recognize defects and malfunctions and how to rectify them. Service vehicles and their systems, put them in operation and test whether they meet road traffic regulations. We also teach you how to handle and advise internal and external customers.

  • Mechatronics fitter (m/f/d)

    On this traineeship (max. three and a half years) you learn about the design, function and the specific defect rectification of interlinked machines and assemblies, as well as control engineering techniques such as pneumatics, hydraulics and PLC technology, and the assembly of entire modules and machines.

The programming, checking, maintenance and servicing of computer-controlled equipment, machinery and robots form part of your training, as does the application of quality, work and test instructions, in English and in German.

  • Process mechanic coating technology (m/f/d)

    Make the manufacturing process shine. Coat vehicle body shells in our state-of-the-art painting facilities. Manage the coating process and inspect the painted surfaces for the smallest of imperfections.

    On this traineeship (max. three years) you learn the principles of metalworking, controlling and painting technologies. You are taught to create standard, limited-edition and effect paintworks and will acquire extensive knowledge in paint, coating bases, pre-treatments, application techniques and plant engineering.     On this traineeship (max. three and a half years) you learn about metalworking and manual and mechanical material processing, the principles of control engineering, e.g. pneumatics and hydraulics, plus mechanical production of precision parts in line with design drawings, work schedules and process procedures. The programming, setting-up and operation of CNC machines forms part of your training, as do the handling and maintenance of the installed machines and the implementation of quality procedures and work instructions in the production process.

Technical vocational training procedure

You learn all important basics in the training workshop for your training profession and in projects and come into contact with state-of-the-art technology from the very beginning. After basic training, you will strengthen the content you have learned in operations, such as in our production, the service areas and in different projects - the ideal combination of theory and practice.

After half of the training period, you will submit your interim exam/final exam part 1. At the end of your training, the final exam/final exam follows part 2 - and you are an expert of your subject.
