Under the Articles of Association of the company, members of the Supervisory Board receive a fixed fee in addition to expenses at the end of the financial year. Members of a Supervisory Board committee receive an additional remuneration. Furthermore, the members of the Supervisory Board receive an attendance fee for each meeting of the Supervisory Board and its committees that they attend as members.
Remuneration system from December 9, 2021 to December 31, 2025
On June 22, 2022, the Annual General Meeting confirmed the provisions on the Supervisory Board members’ remuneration in Article 10 of the Articles of Association existing since December 9, 2021, and adopted the remuneration system for the members of the Supervisory Board with a large majority of 99.84% under agenda item 7. This remuneration system will remain in effect until December 31, 2025.
Remuneration system from January 1, 2026
On May 27, 2025, the Annual General Meeting resolved a revised remuneration system for the members of the Supervisory Board and a corresponding amendment of Article 10 of the Articles of Association with a large majority of 99.38% under agenda item 7. This remuneration system will apply from January 1, 2026.
