Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany / Tokyo, Japan – Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (“FUSO”) is announcing major business updates regarding their FUSO Europe business. Beherman Motors NV/SA is appointed as General Distributor for sales and service of FUSO products in the Netherlands, continuing its role as General Distributor for Belgium and Luxembourg. In addition, MFTBC signed letters of intent with Car Facilities Management S.r.L. (“CFM”) in Spain as well as with Interservice S.p.A. and VFM Enterprise S.r.l. in Italy aiming to organize FUSO’s national sales and service business in Spain and Italy. In addition, DSV Contract Logistics B.V., headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, will be FUSO Europe’s future partner for the European spare parts warehousing and distribution to European FUSO markets.
This reorganization of European FUSO business is part of the integration of the FUSO and Hino brands under the new holding company ARCHION, which is scheduled to start operations on April 1, 2026. FUSO has a strong market position in the light-duty truck segment in Europe. Just recently FUSO announced that the Emil Frey group will become the general distributor for the FUSO brand in 21 European countries. FUSO light-duty trucks will continue to be available in all current European markets.

Trusted partners for sales and service in key European markets
The Beherman Motors NV/SA is a longstanding proven partner of FUSO in its function as General Distributor of FUSO vehicles and services in Belgium and Luxembourg. In the future, Beherman Motors NV/SA will take over the General Distributor function for the Netherlands as well. The privately owned Beherman Group, with more than 100 years of experience in the automotive business, has a strong focus on distribution of commercial vehicles brands.
For the Spanish and the Italian market, FUSO is announcing two important agreements with regard to future partnerships: A letter of intent was signed by FUSO and CFM, a company owned by Ágreda Automóvil, S.A., Angal Automoción S.L and INFIAUTO, S.A. Having previously served as a successful dealer group within the FUSO network, CFM will now elevate its role to the wholesale level, bringing its deep market knowledge, strong customer relationships, and proven operational expertise to the national distributor function. This transition underscores FUSO’s commitment to strengthening its presence in Spain.
A further letter of intent signed by FUSO and Interservice S.p.A. and the VFM Enterprise S.r.l., both are dedicated and experienced players in the commercial vehicle business in the Italian market. The agreement is aiming for establishing MT Fuso Truck S.p.A. to operate in the role as General Distributor in Italy in the future. Interservice S.p.A. and VFM Enterprise S.r.l. will both hold 50 percent of shares of the new company.
DSV Contract Logistics B.V.: partner for spare parts warehousing and distribution
In the role as FUSO’s logistics partner for Europe, DSV Contract Logistics B.V. will manage all spare parts in-bound logistics from Japan and the out-bound logistics to more than 20 locations in European FUSO markets in a centralized 10,000 sqm spare parts warehouse in the Netherlands with high logistics efficiency and an end-to-end system integration. More than 15,000 different FUSO parts will be handled by DSV Contract Logistics B.V.
