Stuttgart. The Mercedes-Benz Tourismo touring coach – who is the most economic driver and who can achieve the best figures? Mercedes-Benz Buses wants to find out and is searching for the 2019 Eco Champ – the most economic Tourismo driver in Europe. Anyone can take part who has covered more than 3000 kilometres in the current version of the high-deck touring coach. The evaluation is broken down according to the different vehicle versions, e.g. two-axle or three-axle variants.

Taking part is easy: Under http://www.mercedes-benz-bus.com/eco-champ, participants can submit photographic proof of their mileage reading (in kilometres) and average fuel consumption in litres per 100 km. Closing date for submissions is 31 October 2019.

And the prizes are perfectly suited to the Tourismo: four exclusive Mercedes-Benz mountain bikes with extra-light carbon frame and 22 perfectly fine-tuned gears. Plus, the winners will also receive a cycle helmet and a Fitbit Charge 3 fitness tracker. All in all, a safe, light and highly efficient package – just like the Tourismo.
