- Fleetboard will consolidate its digital portfolio into five clearly structured solutions for fleet management, data analytics, compliance, charging management, and proactive diagnostics.
- The new My TruckPoint Store enables customers to easily book Fleetboard products, Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime, and additional digital services online.
- Selected Fleetboard products will be included as standard for 36 months from activation in newly produced diesel trucks and battery-electric vehicles.
- With the further development of TruckLive, Mercedes-Benz Trucks is connecting vehicles, digital services, and fleet management even more closely.
- “With our digital solutions, we want to make daily fleet operations easier, more transparent, and more predictable for our customers. That is why we are consistently bringing together vehicles, fleet management, connectivity, data services, and proactive service,” says Stina Fagerman, President Mercedes-Benz Trucks Customer Region Europe.
Leinfelden-Echterdingen/Hanover – Mercedes-Benz Trucks is strategically expanding its digital portfolio. With the new Fleetboard product portfolio, the My TruckPoint Store, the integration of Daimler Truck Financial Services financing products into My TruckPoint, Mercedes-Benz Trucks Vehicle Data, and the continued development of TruckLive, customers gain easier access to coordinated digital solutions. The portfolio ranges from online booking and fleet management to intelligent vehicle connectivity and data integration, as well as proactive diagnostics and repair.
The integrated digital ecosystem begins in the vehicle and can be expanded online according to customer needs. It connects vehicles, fleet management, charging infrastructure, data interfaces, and proactive service throughout the entire vehicle life cycle. In doing so, Mercedes-Benz Trucks supports customers in operating vehicles with different drivetrains in a transparent, predictable, and efficient manner.
“With our digital solutions, we want to make daily fleet operations easier, more transparent, and more predictable for our customers. That is why we are consistently bringing together vehicles, fleet management, connectivity, data services, and proactive service. At the same time, we are simplifying access to our services by clearly structuring our Fleetboard portfolio and making our offerings increasingly available directly in the vehicle and online,” says Stina Fagerman, President Mercedes-Benz Trucks Customer Region Europe.
New Fleetboard Product Portfolie with Five Solutions
Fleetboard is fundamentally simplifying its existing portfolio structure. Twelve individual solutions are being consolidated into a clearly structured portfolio of five coordinated and powerful solutions within the Fleetboard Portal. The new structure makes it easier for customers to access key areas of digital fleet management, ranging from vehicle and fleet transparency to data analytics and compliance, as well as charging management and proactive diagnostics.
In Belgium/Luxembourg, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, and the Czech Republic, selected Fleetboard products will be included ex factory for 36 months after activation for nearly all new vehicles produced from January 2027 onward. For diesel trucks, Fleetboard Core is included as standard equipment. For battery-electric vehicles, Fleetboard Core and Fleetboard Charge are included ex factory. Depending on the market, additional Fleetboard products may be part of the country-specific standard equipment package. Use of these services requires the respective model- and vehicle-specific technical prerequisites.
Fleetboard Core – Vehicle Tracking and Vehicle Information
Fleetboard Core forms the digital foundation for greater transparency in fleet operations and will also enable the exchange of routes and destinations between the Fleetboard Portal and the vehicle in the future. The solution combines vehicle tracking and route information, automatic trip documentation, multi-brand maintenance planning, and clearly structured reporting.
Fleet managers receive a centralized overview of vehicles, operations, and upcoming service appointments. This can simplify dispatching, reduce administrative effort, and support informed decision-making in daily fleet management.
Fleetboard Analytics – Operational Analysis for Greater Efficiency
Fleetboard Analytics provides a data-driven foundation for specifically improving fleet performance and efficiency. The integrated operational analysis evaluates factors such as consumption, driving behavior, and operating conditions, making optimization potential transparent.
The solution will also be available for battery-electric trucks. Specific key performance indicators provide insights into energy consumption, recuperation, and energy flows. In addition, Fleetboard Analytics for electric trucks offers a driver score that is comparable to the rating used for diesel trucks. This enables driving style and efficiency to be assessed across different drivetrains and helps identify and realize opportunities for anticipatory, economical, and resource-conserving vehicle operation.
Fleetboard Compliance – Working-cardTime Management and Violation Analysis
Fleetboard Compliance combines functions for compliant and efficient time and data management. The solution provides transparent visibility into driving, working, and rest times and automates the required download and archiving of driver card and vehicle unit data.
A key functional enhancement is the new violation analysis feature, which is being presented for the first time at IAA Transportation 2026. It displays violations of legal requirements on a driver-specific basis, including the respective severity level. Driver instruction sessions can be prepared and documented directly from within the analysis. This helps identify potential fine risks at an early stage, simplify administrative processes, and support companies in fulfilling their supervisory obligations.
Fleetboard Charge – Transparent and Predictive Charging Management
Fleetboard Charge helps fleet operators manage the charging processes of their Mercedes-Benz electric trucks transparently and proactively. Among other things, the solution displays battery charge level, charging status, remaining charging time, and charging history. It also enables charging planning based on individual departure times and target state-of-charge levels.
A new view provides transparency across public and private charging sessions at charging stations. This enables fleet managers to track charging behavior both at the depot and on the road, use available charging infrastructure efficiently, and support vehicle readiness in a targeted manner.
Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime – Proactive Diagnostics for Higher Vehicle Availability
Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime continuously monitors the technical condition of vehicles and analyzes relevant systems in real time. As a result, critical conditions as well as maintenance and repair requirements can be identified at an early stage and concrete recommendations for action can be derived. Through continuous monitoring, vehicles with active Uptime receive an extension of the maintenance interval from 120,000 km to 150,000 km until the next engine service.
This applies to specific Actros variants and installed OM 470, OM 471, and OM 473 engine models with the active “Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime” service. The actual mileage reached when maintenance becomes due may be below the maximum value depending on the customer’s specific application conditions. Further information is available from Mercedes-Benz Trucks partners.
If an imminent vehicle breakdown is detected, the Daimler Truck Customer Center supports customers in organizing a workshop appointment and preparing the required repair measures. This enables more proactive workshop planning, reduces unplanned downtime, and increases vehicle availability. Specific functions for electric trucks consider factors such as state of charge, remaining range, and battery condition.
In addition to the Fleetboard portal, the new Fleetboard app is available for iOS and Android. Depending on whether the user logs in as a driver or fleet manager, the app displays the vehicle and fleet data relevant to that role. Through the Fleetboard API, data from subscribed services can also be automatically integrated into customers’ own applications and third-party systems.
Fleetboard with a new brand identity
Alongside the introduction of the new product structure, Fleetboard is presenting a new brand identity. A modernized branding concept and a completely redesigned brand presence underline the ambition of supporting fleet operators with a central platform for professional and efficient fleet management.
The new Fleetboard product structure has been available to new customers since the beginning of August 2026 in Belgium/Luxembourg, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, and the Czech Republic. Existing customers will be migrated to the new product structure in stages starting in fall 2026 and will also gain access to booking through the My TruckPoint Store by the end of 2026.
My TruckPoint and TruckLive continue to expand
Another milestone is the launch of the My TruckPoint Store as a new digital sales channel. New customers can now book products from the new Fleetboard product portfolio, including Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime, online with just a few clicks. Mercedes-Benz Trucks Vehicle Data is already available to new customers through the My TruckPoint Store. Existing customers in Belgium/Luxembourg, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, and the Czech Republic will gain access to booking digital services through the store by the end of 2026. Additional markets will follow gradually during 2027.
For the first time, Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime can also be booked independently as a standalone digital service, without a service contract. At the same time, the solution remains an integral component of the established Mercedes-Benz Trucks service contracts.
With Mercedes-Benz Trucks Vehicle Data, Mercedes-Benz Trucks is also expanding its offering for vehicle data services. Four preconfigured data packages provide information on vehicle status, safety, operating times, and battery data. Customers and third-party providers can integrate this data into their own applications and systems without requiring additional hardware in the vehicle.
Today, a breakdown incident can already be reported online in My TruckPoint via Service24h Connected, and its progress can be tracked. In addition, customers will also be able to view their existing financing and leasing agreements from Daimler Truck Financial Services in My TruckPoint.
TruckLive in the future with two service packages
The TruckLive connectivity offering is also being further developed and, beginning in December 2026, will be divided into TruckLive Core and TruckLive Plus. Both packages are included in the vehicle from production and can be activated free of charge. TruckLive Core will remain permanently free of charge, regardless of whether a paid Fleetboard service or a Mercedes-Benz Trucks service contract exists. TruckLive Plus is also included free of charge during the first three years. After that period, continued use of TruckLive Plus requires a paid extension.
TruckLive Core includes, among other features, Connected Applications, over-the-air updates, Maintenance Management, Live Traffic, and Service24h Connected for simple digital reporting of breakdown incidents. This includes the current vehicle position, a quick diagnostic test for Service24h technicians, and progress updates in My TruckPoint.
Starting in December 2026, TruckLive Plus will expand the offering with Connected Traffic Warnings, over-the-air map updates for in-vehicle navigation and the enhanced Mercedes-Benz Trucks Remote 3.0 app. New functions include parking search along the route and a digital pre-departure check. These features will help drivers prepare vehicles more effectively and plan their driving and rest periods more efficiently.
