Leinfelden-Echterdingen/Sint-Truiden (Belgium) – Bonneux Machinery and Daimler Truck present an absolute novelty on the European market: the Bonneux Xanjer 6RZ73 concrete pump with a reach of up to 73 meters. Mounted on a unique seven-axle Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4553K, this machine combines high performance, maneuverability, and modern technology.

Unique combination for complex construction sites

With a total weight of 66 tons and a length of 18 meters, this combination is designed for demanding and complex construction projects. The six-arm boom of the 6RZ73 unfolds like a steel spider's web, enabling precise work even in the tightest of spaces. With its enormous reach, it can deliver concrete even to places where other systems have long since reached their limits.

Thanks to intelligent vibration damping, a bionically reinforced design, and state-of-the-art computer-aided analysis, the pump remains stable and efficient even under extreme conditions. It is controlled wirelessly via a radio remote control, which offers the machine operator a high degree of precision and safety.

Custom-made by three nations

The basis for this extraordinary machine was created through close cooperation between Bonneux Machinery, Daimler Truck Belgium/Luxembourg, and the Dutch conversion specialist ESTEPE. A 4-axle Mercedes-Benz Arocs was converted into a 7-axle vehicle with a chassis load capacity of up to 70 tons. Five of the seven axles are steered – a rarity that gives the vehicle exceptional maneuverability. Each axle can carry up to ten tons, ensuring maximum stability even when the machine is operating on the most difficult terrain.
