Leinfelden-Echterdingen/Longarone, Italy. The Italian public transport operator Dolomiti Bus provides services for the international winter event in Cortina d’Ampezzo in 2026 by integrating 14 additional new Daimler Buses vehicles into its fleet. The event, taking place from February 6 to 22 and from March 6 to 15, 2026, is expected to welcome more than 3,500 athletes from over 90 countries.

The newly deployed fleet consists of five Setra S 531 DT double‑decker buses, four Mercedes‑Benz Citaro K Hybrid city buses, and five Mercedes‑Benz Tourismo coaches. All vehicles are equipped with advanced safety and onboard technologies, including driver assistance systems, video monitoring, fire extinguishing devices, passenger counting sensors, ticket validators, and USB charging ports.
