Leinfelden-Echterdingen – The Daimler Truck Group (“Daimler Truck”) has successfully completed the previously announced secondary offering of shares of ARCHION. Following settlement of the transaction, Daimler Truck's equity stake in ARCHION has been reduced to 25% as planned, in line with the ownership structure in ARCHION foreseen as part of the business integration of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (“Mitsubishi Fuso”) and Hino Motors, Ltd. (“Hino”). As part of the secondary offering, Daimler Truck generated cash proceeds of approximately €600 million.
