Stuttgart / Schirgiswalde. ATeams Touristik GmbH & Co. KG from Schirgiswalde is celebrating its tenth anniversary by buying an S 516 HD bus. This Setra ComfortClass 500 touring coach is the Saxon company's first very own vehicle. Until now Andreas Thomas (photo), who went into business on his own with a travel agency in June 2010, has been hiring buses from other companies for his varied programme. In the meantime the Managing Director has extended his young company to three offices in Schirgiswalde, Wilthen and Bautzen and due to the great demand has now decided to get his first very own bus. "With the Setra our exclusive range of event trips will be far more discernible on the market," says Andreas Thomas who didn't even consider another brand for his premiere vehicle because of, amongst other things, its high resale value: "The Setra has always been my favourite bus, because I have every confidence in the brand's quality." The S 516 HD is equipped with 48 seats which are arranged spaciously at a distance of 83 centimetres. The touring coach is also fitted with a kitchenette as well as 220-volt sockets and charging stations for smartphones and tablets.
