Stuttgart. Gold for the Setra "Colours" photo calendar. The jury members for the world-renowned "Gregor Calendar Award 2019" competition who sift through around 700 calendars from photographers and publishers are conclusive: "The twelve colours from the Setra design program take us through the year. It starts with orange, moves on to a sea of yellow petals in May and even sports a December that is as red as Santa Claus himself. A coach in the same colour tone unobtrusively accompanies each motif, thus underscoring our anticipation of future trips. A design that is powerful, monochrome and yet greatly nuanced."
The prize was awarded by Baden-Wuerttemberg's Ministry for Commerce, Labour and Housing, the Graphics Club Stuttgart and the Print and Media Association in the Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart. In recent years, the Setra photo calendar has won three bronze prizes and a silver in the competition.
