Leinfelden-Echterdingen/Neu-Ulm/Gothenburg – A new Setra coach to celebrate a company milestone: Swedish bus company Interbus has taken delivery of an S 516 HD in its 60th year of operation. The luxuriously equipped vehicle from the Setra ComfortClass will primarily be used for trips with smaller travel groups, including election campaign tours.

Passengers can enjoy the comfort of eight seats arranged in a club corner with a conference table, as well as two additional tables located in the front section of the bus. The coach, which was customized at the Daimler Buses production site in Neu-Ulm by the Customer Special Request Manufacture division, features 24 Voyage Ambassador travel seats, 20 laptop workstations, and monitors for presentations.

LED ambient lighting creates a cozy atmosphere inside the vehicle, where each seat is equipped with 5G-standard Wi-Fi connectivity. The spacious kitchen unit includes a convection oven, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, and three different refrigerators.

Interbus, which specializes in charter services and operates locations in Gothenburg, Malmö, Stockholm, and south of Oslo, has a total of six Setra coaches in its fleet. All vehicles are fueled exclusively with fossil-free fuel. Among the company’s clients are cruise agencies, congress organizers, government authorities, municipalities, and schools.
