Share Buyback Program 2025

The Board of Management of Daimler Truck Holding AG resolved on July 7, 2025, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, to launch a share buyback program. The program is scheduled to start on March 16, 2026, and to be completed at the latest by March 15, 2028. During this period shares of the company may be repurchased for a total repurchase price of up to EUR 2 billion (not including ancillary acquisition costs).
