Warehouse logistics operator (m/f/d)

On this traineeship (max. three years) you learn all about storage and logistics and the challenges they present, learn to organize and plan the flow of material, to set up computer-aided management systems and to plan routes and consignments. The implementation of quality control and the appropriate storage of goods forms part of your training, as does the checking and distribution of goods receipts.

On this two-year traineeship you gain insight into the storage and logistics department at your site, become familiar with the demands and transportation facilities of modern logistics, prepare routes and consignment plans, issue and check accompanying documents and record consignment data. The receipt, storage and picking of goods forms part of your training, as does customer and cost-oriented dispatching.

On this traineeship (max. three years) you learn about the management of materials, manufacturing, sales and human resources, as well as finance and accounting, and get to grips with using IT programs and tools for presentations and project management. Commercial management exercises, product information and product training form part of your training, as does working together with other departments, project teams and external partners. And in the Mercedes-Benz branches, you gain insight into the business of Daimler AG vehicle sales and services.

On this traineeship (max. three years) you learn about the management of material, manufacturing, sales and human resources, as well as finance and accounting. You are trained in product management methods and have the chance to apply them. Methods for optimum office organization form part of your training, as does the application of IT systems and specialist application programs.

In your three year training you get intensively prepared for your future job. Right from the beginning it will be about to sharpen your view on processes, analyze them critically and find out how to optimize and develop these processes.

You will get to know different areas of the company: commercial and IT areas, to get you prepared for your future role as an agent between these two areas. During your operation you will learn how to evaluate the needs of your customers, how to value IT systems and IT solutions regarding to the need of the customers, use programming languages, generate IT solutions independently, but also know conditions of IT security and data protection.

Project management methods as well as the use of social media support you in your tasks.

Business training procedure

You will learn all the basics directly in our specialist departments, guided by our qualified specialist trainers in the individual topics. We support your personal and professional development with workshops and projects. In addition to practical training, we offer seminars on topics such as communication, presentation, application of IT systems and much more - theory that will bring you further in practice.

At the end of your training, the final exam follows - the foundation for your further career.
