Is there no sound?
Please check that your speakers and the sound in the video window are switched on and that the desired audio playback device is active. This can be for example your headphones, monitor, or the integrated speakers of your laptop.

Is the video broadcast breaking up?
The broadcast works best on a current internet browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
A slow internet connection or a router problem could also be the cause. It may help to switch off the router and switch it on again after 60 seconds. Another solution might be to use a cell phone or tablet with mobile internet access.
