Launched in 2018, the eCitaro is based on the Citaro with a combustion engine and combines its proven technology with a state-of-the-art electric drive. In the current version with third-generation lithium-ion batteries (NMC 3), the fully electric low-floor city bus represents the highest level of electromobility.
